Terms of service

Last updated 29 September 2026

These terms apply when you use Intervio (intervio.eu), operated by Intervio. By creating an account or buying credits you agree to them. The short version: practise freely, keep your content, check AI output before relying on it, and don't misuse the service.

1. Your account

You must be at least 16 and give accurate account details. Keep your password to yourself — you're responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at privacy@intervio.eu if you think someone else has accessed it.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you give us — resumes, job descriptions, answers — and of the CV rewrites made from it. You let us process that content only as needed to run the service for you, as described in our privacy policy. Only upload content you're entitled to use, and don't upload other people's personal data without a right to.

3. AI output

Intervio is a practice tool. Interview questions, scores, feedback and CV rewrites are generated by AI and can be inaccurate or incomplete. They are not career, legal or hiring advice, and practising does not guarantee any interview result or job offer. CV rewrites are designed to reorganise what is in your resume rather than invent anything — but you are responsible for checking that every document you send to an employer is accurate.

4. Plans, credits and payment

  • The free plan includes one practice interview per month.
  • Students with a school email address (such as .edu) that they verify by signing in with Google use practice interviews and CV optimizations for free, within a fair-use limit of 10 of each per day. We may change or end the student offer; if we do, it won't affect credits you've already bought.
  • Interview packs and CV Optimization packs are one-time purchases. Their credits don't expire, and they're used after any monthly allowance.
  • The Monthly plan renews every month until you cancel. To cancel, email privacy@intervio.eu; it ends at the close of the billing period you've paid for.
  • Prices are in euros and exclude VAT. The final amount is shown on the checkout page before you pay. Payments are handled by Stripe.
  • Promo codes can be redeemed once per account, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time.

5. Refunds and your right of withdrawal

Credits are digital content supplied as soon as you buy them. If you haven't used any credits from a purchase, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying it. Once you start using a purchase, you ask us to supply it straight away and you lose the right to withdraw from that purchase, as EU consumer law allows. This doesn't affect your statutory rights if the service is faulty.

6. Recruiter plans

If you use Intervio to interview candidates, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to process their data, for telling candidates how their interview is used, and for complying with the employment, data protection and AI laws that apply to you. AI evaluations are there to support your own judgement: a person on your side must review candidates and make the hiring decision. We process candidate data on your behalf, as described in our privacy policy.

7. Fair use

Please don't:

  • use Intervio for anything unlawful, abusive or harassing;
  • try to get around usage limits, credits or payment;
  • scrape, reverse-engineer or overload the service;
  • resell or share access to your account.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules, and will tell you why.

8. The service

We work to keep Intervio available and improving, but it is provided “as is” — features may change and there may be interruptions for maintenance or outages. If we stop offering a paid feature, we'll refund unused credits for it.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we're not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited — including for intent or gross negligence — or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

10. Ending your account

You can stop using Intervio at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing privacy@intervio.eu.

11. Law and changes

These terms are governed by the law of the EU member state where Intervio is established. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. If we change these terms, we'll update the date above and tell you before material changes take effect. Questions? Email privacy@intervio.eu.
